Yuri Ahn - Inventae srl is not directly responsible for damage or loss, arising from the sale of goods and services offered in the catalog published on the site, even for delayed delivery of the product, or for the total correspondence of the goods to specifications published on the site, or for any other fact not directly attributable to Yuri Ahn - Inventae srl itself.
Shipping and Delivery
Shipments, unless otherwise agreed, will be carried out by carriers defined by Yuri Ahn - Inventae srl. In any case, the goods traveling are insured. In case of theft / loss Yuri Ahn - Inventae srl undertakes to act as an intermediary with the insurance and anticipate a new identical product or, if it is unavailable and / or exhausted, a different product, but with equivalent or superior characteristics .
In the hypothesis that the carrier is in charge by the Customer in any way, Yuri Ahn - Inventae srl will not be responsible for the loss and / or damage of the product from the moment of delivery of the goods to the carrier at its warehouses.
The delivery time will be communicated by Yuri Ahn - Inventae srl (and may be 5 days in 85% of the Italian locations, 10 days in the remaining locations) from the date of order fulfillment, the same may undergo variations due to force majeure or due to traffic conditions and road conditions in general or by authorities.
Upon arrival of the goods, we recommend always checking that:
- the number of packages delivered corresponds to that indicated in the accompanying document;
- the packing seals that Yuri Ahn - Inventae srl affixes on each parcel are intact and the packaging has not been tampered with;
- the packaging is intact, not damaged or wet or otherwise altered;
- the failure to match the number of packages or indications, as well as the loss or any damage, must be immediately notified to the carrier also by non-acceptance (or acceptance subject to verification on the waybill) of the goods and promptly reported to firstname.lastname@example.org indicating the details of the order.
Assistance and packaging
In case of returns to assistance, to avoid inconveniences it is necessary and recommend the original packaging but if it is not available, it must be prepared in the same way, therefore with double rigid corrugated cardboard for the outside and well padded inside to avoid possible damage during transport movements, which due to inadequacy of the packaging would not be covered by the insurance.
Prices are all inclusive, including VAT (Value Added Tax).
Payment is in Euro: Orders exceeding EUR 150 are FREE OF SHIPPING CHARGES.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
